Most products will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. A few of our handcrafted items that are made to order may have longer processing times. These will be noted in the item listing, or feel free to contact us with questions.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns if you don't love your products. Contact us through the contact form with your order number and items you wish to return to start the process. Items must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase and in unused condition. We may not be able to accept returns on certain items like final sale, health & beauty items, or custom items. 

If you receive an item that has been damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know as soon as you receive your order so we can get it resolved as quickly as possible.

The wood is beautiful and I like how you can slide a baguette as you slice it and push the piece you cut into the bread basket. Reasonably priced too!!
